On a Clear Day, You Can See the Farallon Islands From San Francisco

Not to be confused with the Disneyesque Farallon Restaurant on Post Street, the Farallones can only be seen from San Francisco on the clearest of days.

Atop Southeast Farallon Island is the Farallon Island Light, barely visible even in this magnified photo.

    Probably I was around Twin Peaks. I left the tops of the trees in on purpose as a guide.

    7 lbs. or so., not including the camera body.

    300mm 2.8 IS + 2.0x extender.
