OK, so not only does this turn garbage haulers into police, but I see no signs of contesting these fines.
More importantly, how will a garbage collector/cop know if I put garbage in my recycling bin, or if it was some passerby?
Sure, this will work out just dandy. I don;t see ANY way how this could possibly fail.
Well, I think you’d probably get plenty of warning before you’d ever get a ticket for not hiding the cans.
And the idea of $1000 fine didn’t go over so well, but the govt. can always hector you and issue warnings.
