		<description>I really like this building and have done sketches and watercolors of it and the few other nearby towers recently.  Wasn&#039;t aware of the Eichler connection, but now it makes sense that my eye was drawn to it.  Not usually a fan of oversized towers in low-rise residential areas, but this one gives Russian Hill a very certain urbanity.</description>
