		<description>Reads to me like Goode work if you can get it!  Whoever does will be extremely busy proving him/herself, as there&#039;ll be lots of also-rans evaluating (and in some cases, hating on) whoever gets Goode&#039;s gig.</description>

		<description>My reading of the materials indicate that it is not a contest, or a &quot;pageant,&quot; but rather a straight-out job offer, with all the application, resume, etc. stuff you&#039;d do for any normal job. This is just a really good job.</description>
