Come on Philo, wouldn&#039;t you be much, much happier in Walnut Creek where everything has a price tag attached to it? Or Anaheim where everything is an amusement park attraction with an entrance fee? Or eastern San Diego County where every subprime-financed McMansion, with a beautiful suburban lawn, houses someone with the exact same attitude as yours?</description>
