This has got to be the tiniest raptor I’ve ever seen in San Francisco.
Or maybe the damselfly in its talons was just really, really big?

Looks like a cooper’s hawk with a female dragonfly. Interesting shot. I’ve never seen a dragonfly get snagged before.
Maybe we have a bunch of dragonflies around here. I saw a great blue heron snap at and get a dragonfly when the heron was fishing…
