From Jessica Greene of NBCBayArea comes news about Sean Penn performing in a biopic of famed Santa Cruz surfer Jay Moriarty.
Penn would play “Rick ‘Frosty’ Hesson, an ex-lifeguard, champion swimmer and mentor to the tragic Moriarty.”
