		<description>It&#039;s always funny to see how relative concerns about the environment tend to be in Foggybottom.   If some hick peed into the Mississippi river, in Louisiana, our local professionally outraged set would be near hysterical with rage.  But, get a wild idea to fill a plastic pool with hundreds of gallons of Hetch Hetchy, in an area where water is not something we can take for granted, and everyone thinks it&#039;s cute.  And we wonder why the people higher up can&#039;t save the salmon or the whales.</description>
