If some hick peed into the Mississippi river, in Louisiana, our local professionally outraged set would be near hysterical with rage. But, get a wild idea to fill a plastic pool with hundreds of gallons of Hetch Hetchy, in an area where water is not something we can take for granted, and everyone thinks it's cute.
