Gaia only knows what happened to these bikes in Golden Gate Park over the weekend.
No matter, the Golden Gate Park Bike Coalition (hey, nice FB profile photo you’ve got there, GGPBC) is none too pleased:
“Perhaps if there were adequate bike parking in Golden Gate Park, even for large events like Hardly Strictly, bike massacres like this wouldn’t occur. (BIKE NOPA, San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, Inner Sunset Neighborhood Group, The Wiggle)”

I saw this too – the sign on the barrier read, in big letters, “No Bike Parking”. Mix ironic bike storage with 6 hours of alcohol consumption and here’s the result.
