Rally to Restore Sanity Rained Out in San Francisco – Several Hundreds Watching the Big Screen in Civic Center

I don’t know, there doesn’t look to be a big turnout yet at San Francisco’s version of the Rally to Restore Sanity in Civic Center this AM. It’s not really raining but the ground is wet, so that counts as bad weather in the 415.

  1. We had upwards of six hundred people and had a great time until the rain really hit at about 1pm when the follow up acts were on. The feed from DC was massive!

The photo you have looks like it was taken about 8:30 am, before the rally? While we didn’t have as many people at the Giants parade…lol…I estimated that there were at least 1000 at the high point. Hope you stuck around to see, it was wonderful energy.

No, it was 9:00-something, after the start. I had to head out early…
