Just Who is Responsible for the Terrible T’s of Central Avenue? “Parking Assistance” Comes to Street Parking

I don’t know, but the person who spray-painted all these parking-meter style* white “T’s” on Central Avenue** was either:

1. A deluded, self-appointed NIMBY-type out to “improve” “his/her” neighborhood; or

2. A deluded government-appointed type out to make profit, in some way.

Now, NIMBY or Govmint worker (either way), how did you decide the spacing of the T’s? Is it in some book? What about Smart cars?

Another “improvement” gone awry:

Oh well.

*There are no meters here, at this point, anyway

**Yes, “Avenue,” for some odd reason.
