Golden Gate National Recreation Area has released a proposal to restrict dogs and off-lease dog walking in places like Fort Funston, Ocean Beach, Crissy Field, Marin Headlands, Muir Beach. Rally outside of the GGNRA open house meeting at Ft. Mason. The GGNRA will not have a microphone available for the public to commet on its proposal.
