    …It’s a damned lucky thing that this BEE-YOU-TEAFUL green Caddy isn’t registered commercial, for then it would be subject to the provisions of 10753(C) (1) of the revenue and taxation code. No doubt, with those modifications, we could recompute his Lic. Fees and pay off the state deficit.
