Set to a passionate composition by Arnold Schoenberg, Renato Zanella’s Underskin reveals the power and mystique of its female protagonists. Next, Christopher Wheeldon’s world premiere of Number Nine offers a rich and electrifying work for 24 dancers, followed by Fokine’s Petrouchka, the tragic tale of a puppet who possesses a human soul, only to be tortured by the emptiness and ignorance of others.

From the Hellman Family in honor of Patricia C. Hellman, also known as “Patrichka,” a former professional ballet dancer and soloist with the London Festival Ballet.
