I would avoid this place at all costs. Not only do they operate a shady type of business with a reputation for refusing to return tenants security deposits (with no justifiable reason to keep the money they make bogus “cleaning/painting/carpet cleaning bills” to try to keep the deposit, resulting in the tenant having to go to small claims court to get their money back) but the construction going on behind the lower building can be heard blocks away. Trinity Management will rip you off, avoid them like the plague.
