Obviously they should not be worn for fashion purposes, but some runners I respect swear by Vibram Five Fingers, and after reading “Born to Run,” I’ve been toying with the idea of trying them.
I’ve been wearing these for several months and find them incredibly comfortable and a great training tool for running. You have to use them in moderation in the beginning, most folks calves aren’t used to absorbing that much stress.
