Or, maybe NetFlix isn’t evil.

No matter, highly-rated Film Yard Video will be gone by the end of the Summer of 2011 – the Tenderloin Geographic Society has the deets.

Uh, $9 for a DVD? Isn’t that a lot?

They closed up their North Beach location recently as well. Shame, I still had 4 or 5 rentals left on my account. We tried to support them, but guess that is just the times. I bet if they could of held out for another year or so, they’d be alright. Netflix is about to take a major hit when they restructure their contracts and subscription prices are going to skyrocket.

Of course, NetFlix has already raised their rates a bit already. I never thought we’d get to the point where NetFlix represents half of all Internet traffic but there you go…

Customers who choose another deliver mechanism for their video needs are evil.

    :P

Just because a competitor exists doesn’t mean customers will use them, ya know?

Evil People (nee customers) choose a better service with better selection and a much superior delivery mechanism. Choice is bad!!
