This new old-looking sign is now up, so one can only conclude that the closed C&M Bar is about to reopen as Beachside at 4300 Judah, way out there on 48th Avenue:
See? Looks as if it’s been there forever.
GrubStreet has all the the deets that are to be had at this point.
Here’s the reverse angle next to the N Judah turnaround:

[...] Beachside on Judah Street isn’t open yet, but it already has a nifty new sign outside. – SF Citizen [...]
Yes, Beachside is almost ready to OPEN! But, just for the details it is on 48th Ave and JUDAH!! 4300 Judah. We’re shooting for sometime in August.
Thx Buffy. I’ve fixed the error I made with the address. Good luck!
I live around the corner on La Playa and am really looking forward to Beachside’s opening. Java Beach is a real asset to the neighborhood and I expect Beachside will be too.
Thanks to the Maguires for all their hard work to help make our neighborhood better!
