I couldn’t make sense of this one at Fulton and Central and it looked like these cops were having trouble figuring things out as well:

Isn’t that the intersection where the #5 bus turns left? There’s a left arrow painted on the street, plus there’s a traffic light.
Yep. Somebody screwed up real bad. Or both drivers did, I can’t tell.
I don’t think this accident could have taken place if this were a simple 4-way stop sign set up.
I think the light is for the bus line- that’s why it’s not a four way stop.
Anyway, I couldn’t tell who was going where.
