I don’t think they ever left, really. I see them every time I go to that corner…Sometimes at 7th and mission too in front of Subway
The cops sometimes shoo them on, but they always come back
Stop sometime and look what they are selling… its usually the free food handed out from Glide food bank. They even have what we used to call “welfare cheese” marked not for resell. Not saying they can’t sell it, just saying I wouldn’t buy it.
