I was thinking, “Man, I wouldn’t make a U-turn right in front of a cop,” but this cabbie just went for it, going from outbound McAllister to inbound to pick up a fare, as seen camera left

So the cop pulls up and then stops to roll down his window to start yelling.

Now if you drove like this cabbie, you’d get a ticket.

But you’re not a member of the City Family…
