Uh, is Ivory Madison a “Non-Practicing Lawyer?” Uh, I Don’t Know

Yeah, but don’t you have to be lawyer first before you can become a “non-practicing lawyer?”

I mean, if you isn’t an attorney in California and you isn’t an attorney outside of California, then where is you an attorney?

    Ivory Madison does not show on the Cal State Bar site as ever having been licensed as an attorney in California. That site lists every living person who ever was admitted to the California bar, even if not now practicing.

    It even shows deceased attorneys, and when they were admitted. For example, it shows my deceased father-in-law, who was admitted in 1945!

    So we do know that Madison is not, and never has been, a California attorney.
