Have you seen the gravel and glass horror that Topher Delaney has installed in the once-lovely Demonstration Garden meadow in Golden Gate Park's Arboretum? And she is on the Arts Commission! Is everyone in City government out of their minds? Never mind — no need to ask! Just when I thought it could not get worse!
