It could be from out of state, in which case it better have an FLP now or the DMV might not like that. A cop will give you a fix-it ticket, I believe, but a parking control officer will give you a nice fat ticket what wouldn't be worth contesting even if you knew you were going to win. All's I saying is that cars need FLPs in CA. Well, I’ll tell you, it’s been a good long while since that aging Prius was sitting new at a dealership.
