    Yeah. the Central Subway will probably costs the city a lot of income over the next 10 plus years. Wonder how they will spin that? They cab blame a drop in sales tax revenue on the people who prefer to drive to a nearby shopping mall and then raise the sales tax on the people who are stuck here without the means to leave.
