I have sighted them (and CITED them for indecent behavior) in recent years around the UC Extension Campus on Laguna; they used to raid the garbage bins of the tudor flats on 1st block of Waller near Octavia Blvd. and a gaze of raccoons were once seen crossing over from the Mint to go under the porch of a flat on Hermann St. No doubt they had just pulled off a job at the Treasury’s fortress.
