    Well done, Jim! Muni has a bloated bureaucracy with more than 5,000 employees, and it’s pushing parking meters and Sunday meters into the neighborhoods to raise more money, even though the city has to borrow money to pave our streets!

    Or you know, it could be because this sure looks like the Bush-Sansome stop where all the ‘X’ buses stop on the morning commute and they were hitting all of them as they showed up, often in bunches.

    I’m all for bashing bloat but in this case, it was obvious what they were doing in those large numbers.
