    Hecho en Hermosillo: still part of the American continent, instead of Asia. And, considering that NAFTA has shafted workers in three American nations, tossing some employment up Mexico way isn’t all that bad.

    All right, well, if it were made in Canada then it could be labeled Made in USA owing to the odd way the feds look at reality.

    But Mexico is Mexico. ANywaym I don’t know if the owner knows where the car is made, prolly not…

    Some truths never cease to be relevant; I highly recommend reading Eduardo Galeano’s “Open Veins of Latin America”. It has been translated to English for the benefit of those who cannot read Spanish. Buried in the first chapters the author speaks to the topic. And while he wasn’t the first, he bundles up his statement with facts that all Americans should know.
