(I had one of these $3 Micky Mouse padlocks in high school. The combinations were always easy to remember, like 27-17-0. You see, kids, back in the 1980’s…)

    When the light’s just right, a heart shadow is cast on the sidewalk.

    For some reason, they are now blue??? Anyone know why they are painted at all? And why they are there in the first place? It’s a popular thing in Paris, but they have caused some problems, due to the weight of the locks.
