The yellow floatplane, before it became a floatplane, used to operate out of Thailand as a part of the CIA-owned Air America, Inc a half-century ago.

I’ll freely concede that The dream of the 90s is alive in Portland, but Our Friends Up North should realize that anything anybody in Frisco buys in OR is subject to use tax just as soon as its taken back to the 415. The rate is 8.5%, just saying.

Anyway, Portland is biting us, yet again.
