This is the first time I have seen this bird at the hummingbird feeder. It was amazing. It must have had quite a flight this spring. We live at Saskatchewan, Canada.

A bunch of supervisors promised to support the Polk Street project when they responded to the Bicycle Coalition's questionnaire when they were running for office. Funny how they've all clammed up after the Polk Street fiasco. Makes one think they're kind of spineless, doesn't it?

Chiu, Avalos, Campos, Cohen, Kim, Mar, Farrell, and Yee all made that promise. Now they don't want to talk about it!

The first one we saw was very bright orange and we looked it up and now we have the orange and a few yellow. Love watching them.
Yeah, I don't see the outrage here. Taking pics of someone while they pee is a jerk maneuver and clearly illegal. It seems like Petrelis has a mindset where the perceived correctness of his position overcomes any legal/ethical constraint. While I think this makes sense for situations like Act Up in the 80's, it seems like he's stuck in "by any means necessary" mode and relishing his attention and victimhood for something clearly wrong.
