But man, there’s just so much traffic (whales, boats,kite boarders, tankers, container ships, barges, etc.) under and near our Golden Gate Bridge that collisions are inevitable.

This captain was trolling for whale, for example, just this past summer:

Here are the rules to the game:

Dude was about a quarter mile away from the beaches of northwest Frisco.

IMO, this fellow (who was, granted, west of the Golden Gate) was in San Francisco Bay. But the rules for dungeness crab trapping seem to indicate that he was _outside_ of SF Bay. Ergo, this hobby is A-OK.

The reason why the locals, some of whom, for some reason, feel quite empowered to bully auslanders, always tear down the road signs on the Pacific Coast Highway is because their USPS letter carrier already knows how to get there.
