Armed Bank Robbery Spree (10-070)
San Francisco Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in two armed bank robberies in San Francisco. In one incident, which occurred on July 12, 2010 the suspect enters the Bank of America on the 3700 block of Balboa Street. The suspect who is believed to be a Hispanic or white female approached the teller, brandished a black semi-auto pistol and demanded money. The teller complied and the suspect fled on foot.
In the second incident, which occurred on July 16, 2010 the suspect enters the Bank of America on the 5200 block of Diamond Heights Blvd. The suspect who is also believed to be Hispanic or White female approached the teller and brandished a pistol and demanded money. The teller complied and the suspect fled.
In both cases the suspect is described as either a Hispanic or White female, 30’s , 5’3”, 130lbs, orange/red tinted hair with sunglasses.

On 07/16/10 at 1245 hrs, the above pictured suspect robbed the Bank of America at Diamond Heights Blvd, San Francisco. The suspect brandished a pistol at the victim teller and demanded for all the large bills. The victim teller complied and gave the suspect the cash.
The suspect was possibly seen driving a white Toyota 4d vehicle in the area prior to the incident.
Suspect is also responsible for robbing the Bank of America on 07/12/10 at 3000 block of Balboa, San Francisco.
Suspect was described as a White Female, possibly Hispanic or mixed race, 30′s, 5’3, 130 Ibs, brown with red dyed curly hair, sunglasses, last seen wearing blue denim zipper front dress with a gray short sleeve T-shirt underneath and black purse. Black semi-auto pistol was seen.
Have you ever seen an endangered blue butterfly up on Twin Peaks? Well, they should be around, seeing as how we put 22 baby mamas up there just last year.
Looks like RPD General Manager Phil Ginsburg has seen a couple anyway:
“Beautiful day at Twin Peaks with over 45 volunteers. Mission blue butterflies are back. Get out and play!”

This is what butterflies and moths look like at the Conservatory of Flowers in the daytime, but some of these critters only come out in the evening. So you need to get on over to the Night Safari program that they have going on the first and third Thursdays of the month. They’ll be open all day and then they bring out the flashlights at 8:00 PM.
The Conservatory at night is proving to be a popular event for families but also date night option for young couples.
