I’m thinking that this kind of scene is pretty much what you could have seen in each of the past 13 decades…

MUJI offers good quality products such as a wide variety of stationeries, household items and apparel at reasonable prices. Mujirushi Ryohin,“MUJI” in Japanese means “no-brand quality goods”. The value of the MUJI product is in its effectiveness without the renowned brand or designer name. The essence of MUJI products lies in its simplicity, flexibility and modesty to fit different life styles and individual preferences. MUJI, originally founded in Japan, does not direct its products to be affected by any trends and “isms”, rather, aims to be universally relevant. MUJI products maintain reasonable price levels, not by compromising quality, but by avoiding the waste typical of many products’ manufacturing and distribution — unnecessary functionality, excess decoration, and needless packaging.

Photoshop Meltdown from The Gap – GapFit Campaign – Thinned Torsos, Twisted Torsos, Variable HootersMonday, October 29th, 2012
The people behind the 2012 GapFit campaign had all the tools to do a good job, but they ended up doing a bad job, IMO.
I’m talking about twisted torsos, thinned bodies in certain areas, embigged body parts in other areas, messed-up (blown out) colors, etc.
Is this how you run, you twist your entire body towards the camera?
Take a look for yourself.

Hey, is that billionaire Forever 21 Founder Jin Sook Chang handing out gift cards camera right? I think so, but I don’t know.
Boy, if only this store opening were as big a deal as the new Pearl’s Deluxe Burgers two blocks up the street, then the Mayor would have been there and everything…
Building Fire This AM at People’s Cafe and TRUE Clothing on Haight – They’ll be Shut Down for a WhileThursday, August 11th, 2011
Let’s see here, the aftermath: You’ve got a Honda Accord (see the firefighters gingerly lifting a big old hose off of it (sorry about that, Chief) so the driver can escape the scene?), a noticeably perky news lady, a news producer, a witness/interested party, and a big old firetruck all in front of TRUE and the People’s Cafe during Yet Another Foggy Morning in the Upper Haight, just as you might expect:
