A Hooded Oriole in Golden Gate Park
Sunday, May 11th, 2008A very yellow bird, with a little bit of orange during mating season. (The yellow-headed blackbird looks similar, but is pretty much all black below the neck.)
Look for these guys hanging around ornamental fan palms this time of year.
