It’s a mystery to me. (I could look it up but then it wouldn’t be a mystery any longer.)
I’m thinking, wow, the font on that sign looks pretty old, but maybe they replaced the sign in the 1970s with a font that was old-school even back then…
Anyway, can you imagine either icon getting approval for getting built, you know, by the Powers That Be, in this Day and Age?
