Here’s an old-time right-facing swastika sitting on the corner of 5th and Mission, plain as day, right across the street from the San Francisco Chronicle Building. The metal fencing you can see has been there since 1874 or thereabouts, when the Old Mint, that Granite Female, went up.
This shows exactly where these symbols are, and this shows a close-up.
